The Co-operative Wholesale Society Limited - now known as The Co-operative Group - has its roots in this lovely building on Corporation Street in the Northern Quarter. They've since spread out to several other modern buildings surrounding it.

Nice night shot. It looks like an impressive building.
A shame that they aren't as big as they once were. Ours closed down when Sainsbury's arrived.
